Two stage colloid mill is used for emulsifying, mixing and crushing all kinds of wet materials, semi-moist or emulsions materials in pharmaceutical,chemical,foodstuff industries.

2. Working principle:
Comprised of feeding hopper, one-stage mill area, second-stage mill area, mechanism seal, bearing base, motor, frame and other parts.
The flexible and fixed grinding pans with different geometric shapes rotates at high speed, and the relative motion between the two grinding pans crushes materials by cutting, crushing and high frequency vibration.

3. Features:
There are two stages of grinding areas; first one is for fine grinding, second one is for superfine grinding.
The grinding fineness can be adjusted by changing the gap between the upper and down grinding pans.
Can emulsify fresh chili pepper, soybeans, beans, peas, animal bones into very fine size.
Can make soybean milk, sesame milk, tahini, peanut milk, nuts butter, nuts sauce, chili paste, and other mushy stage products.
