1. Introduction:
Horizontal airflow vibrating screen machine is a separating
equipment fit for sieving and screening materials which contains
many fiber, high viscosity, high electrostatic, light specific
gravity, easy reuniting/aggregation.
Used widely in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industry.
Beside, it can break the powdery blocks which gather together
easily.
2. Working Principle:
The shape of the mesh is cylindrical and placed inside the machine.
After the material is fed into the machine and mixed with
the high speed airflow through the screw conveying system, and then
atomized into the screen cylinder.
The rotating blades generates the centrifugal force and cyclone
impellent force simultaneously. So the material is sprayed over
the sieve mesh, the material smaller than the mesh hole is
discharged, and the material bigger than the mesh hole will advance
forwards and discharged from the coarse outlet port along the tube
wall to achieve the purpose of efficient screening.
Automatic mesh self-cleaning by airflow, no jam, no noise, good
sealing, high efficiency and no flying dust.
